The Ritual We Didn’t Want to Give Up
We’ve always loved lattes — the warmth, the comfort, and the simple ritual of slowing down for a moment on a busy day.
But caffeine didn’t always agree with us. It often brought jitters, crashes, and disrupted sleep. Even decaf wasn’t quite the answer. It was still coffee, and it wasn’t always kind to our stomachs.
So we began searching for another way. We wanted to keep everything we loved about a latte — the rich flavor, creamy comfort, and daily ritual — without the caffeine and compromises that came with it.
A Tradition, Reimagined
Our signature latte mixes are inspired by the long tradition of roasted barley and rye as coffee alternatives, elevated with chicory root fiber for a smooth, creamy finish.
Together, these ingredients create a rich, rounded flavor and velvety texture, bringing balance to the roasted grains while remaining naturally caffeine-free.

It wasn’t easy. We wanted the depth and comfort of a true latte without the coffee, added sugar, or syrups.
It took more than a year of careful refinement, balancing flavor, texture, and simplicity until everything felt just right.
